Our founder Raman Srivastava, grew up watching his mother—a passionate school teacher spending countless late nights correcting notebooks, organizing papers, preparing class plans, and juggling communications with school management and parents. Despite her dedication and resilience, she often struggled with basic support and systems.
One evening, she needed urgent help with drafting Question papers for exams. That moment, small as it may have seemed, sparked something powerful in Raman.
He realized that thousands of educators like his mother were silently burdened by inefficiencies, repetitive tasks, and the lack of intelligent support systems. That’s when the idea of Mintrix was born, not just to simplify operations, but to truly support the real heroes of education.
